Sport has shaped my life from an early age, beginning with basketball and growing into a deep commitment to movement, performance, and discipline. Over time, my focus evolved beyond one sport into holistic fitness and an active lifestyle. I run regularly and have competed in triathlons, marathons, HYROX races, and other events, with a strong passion for high-intensity training like sprinting and calisthenics that combine athleticism, control, and explosiveness.
Coaching has been part of my journey since I was 16, when I began training youth basketball teams and discovered my ability to guide, motivate, and develop others. Today, I bring over eight years of coaching experience, having worked with more than 150 people individually and online, and built large training communities with adidas and Nike. Everything I do centers on long-term development, offering structure, consistency, and coaching grounded in real experience, not short-term motivation.
